Canberra Day Spa prides itself on providing a luxuriously presented and inviting environment for you to escape the stress of the outside world. To ensure everyone’s time with us is relaxing we ask that you please understand and respect the quiet and privacy of all our guests. As the spa environment is one of relaxation we ask that you turn off all mobile phones and speak with a soft voice.


Our goal at Canberra Day Spa is to make your time with us as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. To assist you, we have provided answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.

When should I arrive for my spa treatment? 

We suggest you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to check in, change and relax before your treatment commences.

Can I request a specific therapist? 

Absolutely. Canberra Day Spa is proud to be able to offer the highest quality therapists. All our therapists choose to undergo continuous training and education and are at the forefront of their chosen fields.

What should I wear? 

Whatever is comfortable. We will provide a robe and slippers if you are with us for spa treatments and lockers for your belongings. Please bring your swimwear for any hydrotherapy, Geisha tub, vichy or float sessions. Our primary concern is your total relaxation and enjoyment. We can provide disposable underwear if you prefer and all towels are provided.

What if I’m late for my appointment? 

This is your special time so please try to arrive on time. Arriving late will not only reduce your time spent with us but the effectiveness of your treatment and your pleasure and enjoyment. Late arrivals will still finish on time so as not to inconvenience the next client and will be charged the scheduled fee as per original booking.


We understand that it may be necessary to change your appointment, however, we do ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or amendments. If no notice is given or you do not show for your appointment the full fee will be charged. To allow us to continue to offer the very best service and experience, we kindly ask you to ensure you understand our cancellation policy. A credit card is required to secure all bookings. Group bookings require 50% deposit, 72 hours notice is required for group cancellations.
