Canberra Day Spa prides itself on providing a relaxing environment where you can escape the stresses of the outside world. To ensure everyone’s time with us is relaxing, we ask that you please understand and respect the quiet enjoyment and privacy of all of our guests.
To ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests, please keep all noise to a bare minimum (we ask that you keep all devices switched off or on silent mode), and please respect that the spa is a smoke free environment. And though we love children, they are not permitted in the treatment rooms or spa lounge areas and their attendance is discouraged.

PARKING: Below are some options for parking at Canberra Day Spa.
Hillside Lne – This parking is off Akuna St and accommodates the Sebel and the Quest Hotels. There is 1 & 2 hr paid parking available.
300 Constitution Ave – This is an outdoor paid carpark that is within a short walking distance to the Spa.
Theatre Lne - This is an outdoor paid carpark that is within a short walking distance to the Spa.
Canberra Centre – The Canberra Centre has undercover paid parking available that is within a short walking distance to the Spa.
ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, this allows us to ensure you are relaxed, properly consulted and ready to make the most of your experience. Late arrivals will still finish on time so as not to inconvenience the next client and will be charged the scheduled fee as per the original booking.
RESERVATIONS: To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend booking in advance. Credit card details or gift voucher number are required at time of booking to secure your reservation – no payment is taken until your reservation.
CONSULTATION: Before your treatment your therapist will complete a quick medical questionnaire with you and discuss your needs, likes and dislikes, noting any areas of stress or discomfort. They will then customise the treatment to suit your personal requirements. Our goal is to completely nurture you. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, too hot or too cold, would prefer a lighter, or stronger treatment, please let the therapist know.
CARD SURCHARGE: Please note a 1.9% surcharge is applied to all card payments taken in spa.
SUNDAY SURCHARGE: Please note a 10% surcharge applies on all treatments on Sundays, gift voucher redemptions included. Discounts/discount vouchers are not valid on these days.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Please note a 15% surcharge applies on all treatments on public holidays, gift voucher redemptions included. Discounts/discount vouchers are not valid on these days.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to make your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for all bookings scheduled Monday to Friday, and 72 hours notice for all bookings scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, if you cancel or make any changes within this time you will be charged 100% of the booking total to the credit card provided when making your reservation. This policy includes gift voucher bookings, which will then be deemed void. We require 72 hours notice for all group bookings of three or more people Monday to Friday and 5 days notice for bookings scheduled on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
GIFT VOUCHERS: Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Lost/stolen/expired vouchers cannot be reclaimed. If you are booking with a gift voucher, please let us know at the time of booking. If treatments in the Spa or prices change while you have a valid voucher, please rest assured that vouchers are always still treated as a dollar value (if you are unsure of the value, please email or call us and we can let you know). We can always accommodate an amazing treatment to your voucher value, or you are welcome to pay the difference for the treatment of your choosing. If you are booking with a voucher on a Sunday or Public holiday please note the difference of the surcharge is payable.
PAYMENTS: Canberra Day Spa accepts cash, American Express, EFTPOS, Mastercard and VISA. We regret we do not accept Diners Club or personal cheques.
PREGNANCY: It is important that you advise us of your pregnancy at time of booking. Massage and some other spa treatments may require you to be in your second trimester (at least 13 weeks), while others may not be suitable for pregnant guests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS: Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical or health conditions, allergies or injury, or if you are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy. We recommend that you discuss with your doctor which treatments are safe for you.
GROUP BOOKINGS: We are more than happy host groups for birthday celebrations, hen parties and corporate groups. For groups of four or more we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. We require 72 hours notice for all group bookings of three or more people Monday to Friday and 5 days notice for bookings scheduled on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
DISCOUNTS: Please be aware that discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with gift voucher redemptions. No discounts can be applied to any services/treatments on Sundays and Public Holidays.
MINIMUM AGE: All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to use the spa facilities and services. Guests aged from 10 years may attend if accompanied by an adult.
PRIVACY: All personal information shared with Canberra Day Spa will remain private and confidential.
